About Ilah

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, reliable, and responsible. I like working with kids because I enjoy their energy, creativity, and curiosity. It's rewarding to support their growth, help them learn new things, and be a positive role model in their life. I'm looking for a job that allows me to make a positive impact, work with families, and use my skills in communication, organization, and caregiving. I'd love a role where I can build meaningful connections. I started working with kids when I was just in 8th grade by babysitting my neighbor's three young children. However, I am the second oldest of 5, so I have been taking care of my younger siblings as long as I can remember! In my spare time, I like to go on runs, try new healthy recipes, play lacrosse, or hang out with friends! My skills include patience, communication, and safety awareness.
