Always on time – she started promptly at 6:30 a.m. each weekday. Ikharia is very good with children given how easily she made my daughter warm up to her. She also supported me with homework and paid close attention to it. She is very organized, very detailed, and works well with a clear schedule. She is also a great communicator, keeping me abreast of their movements and progress through the day. I am confident that Ikharia would make an excellent nanny/babysitter for any family who is lucky to have her.
