About Iana

I have over 10 years of customer service experience, working with a diverse group of people from around the world within the healthcare industry. This industry has helped form me into a well-rounded, detail oriented individual. My experience as a Nursing Assistant has taught me how to maintain professionalism, leadership, and a calm demeanor in not only demanding, chaotic, fast-paced environments but under challenging life and death situations, as well. I have worked in a variety of healthcare environments, including rehab centers, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes. I have a true passion towards helping people in need and love being a vital part of my patients'/client's overall well being and progression.
