About Hunter

I am home for a bit after just completing my MA in Communication from Villanova University! While there I worked for the Communication & Marketing Team in the University library and had the chance to manage a team of students and plan several book-related events. Before this, I received a BA in Communication and a BFA in Creative Writing from UNC Wilmington. While in undergrad I worked as Editor-in-Chief of the school newspaper, The Seahawk; a UNCW "storyteller" (where we read and performed stories for local elementary schools); and a Resident Assistant (RA) for the on-campus residential housing. Between undergraduate and graduate school, I worked as a cast member for Walt Disney World! My other experiences include interning as a writer for The Wrightsville Beach Magazine and for the Wayne County Arts Council. My varied academic and professional background makes me a happy, outgoing, communicative, patient, and skill full tutor in all subjects regarding reading, writing, and speaking.
