Hi! I'm Kerria, a passionate educator with a BA in Elementary Education and over five years of experience working with children. I spent two and a half years as a 4th-grade teacher in a Title I school before transitioning to one-on-one support as a nanny and tutor. I specialize in tutoring elementary students in reading, writing, and math, and I tailor my approach to fit each child's learning style. I believe in making learning engaging, encouraging curiosity, and building confidence through patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement. I enjoy using games, hands-on activities, and real-world examples to bring concepts to life. Whether your child needs homework help, enrichment, or extra support to catch up, I'm here to help them grow and succeed.
