I have over 20 years of experience working with youth and families through residential programs, coaching, mentoring, and structured care environments. My background includes supporting behavioral and emotional development, creating safe and accountable environments, and helping children and teens build confidence and stability. Families often describe me as patient, dependable, calm under pressure, and easy to communicate with. I'm comfortable working with a wide range of personalities and needs and believe in creating structure, consistency, and positive support. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and value clear communication with families to ensure trust, safety, and quality care. I'm currently open to part-time and flexible opportunities and would love to connect with families looking for someone mature, reliable, and genuinely invested in helping their children thrive.
