Hi! My name is Michelle, and I currently work as a school psychologist in an elementary school setting. I have the summer off and I'm looking to find consistent or occasional work with a few families. I'm patient, kind, dependable, and passionate about supporting children's growth both emotionally and academically. I have over 8 years of childcare experience in a variety of settings, including daycare, summer camps, and as a preschool teacher. These experiences have helped me develop strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to connect with children of all ages and personalities. I truly love working with kids and fostering positive, supportive relationships where children feel safe, encouraged, and confident. I strive to create a fun, nurturing, and structured environment while also supporting each child's individual needs and interests.
