I have several years of experience providing excellent customer service through roles at Lidl and TJ Maxx, where I managed tasks like checkout, restocking, returns, and merchandising with professionalism and care. I also volunteered as a tennis counselor for kids, helping young players learn and grow in a fun, structured environment. In addition to my formal roles, I've spent years watching the children of close friends and family, which, along with being an older sibling, has helped me develop strong patience, responsibility, and communication skills when working with kids.
