Hi! My name is Mari. I'm 19 years old and I attend college at Towson University to pursue my bachelors of science in nursing. I am a recent initiate of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., which has allowed me to explore my love for kids. I love children and have experience babysitting children of all ages! I am very flexible and can help out whenever needed, especially now while I am on break from school. I recently have been blessed with a baby brother who is now 1 years old and I help out with him all the time. I am not a big animal person unless they are small animals. I would love to be apart of this journey with you guys and I am willing to work out any changes and schedule adjustments :) Thank you! I like working with kids because I grew up as a younger sister to an older brother who taught me the values of being a role model to people looking up to you. He was like another parent to me growing up and he helped me grow my love for kids!

Amari has been an absolute blessing for our family! She babysat my two young kids (ages 3 and 6) and instantly connected with both of them. She’s warm, responsible, and incredibly patient—even during toddler meltdowns and sibling fights over LEGOs! What really impressed me is how attentive and engaged she is. She didn’t just put on cartoons and check out—she played games, read books, helped with bedtime, and even tidied up the playroom without being asked. My kids ask about her all the time and actually look forward to when she comes over. As a mom, trusting someone with your children is huge, and I can genuinely say I feel at ease when they’re with Amari. She’s punctual, respectful, and communicates clearly. We absolutely adore her, and I’d recommend her to any parent looking for someone dependable and caring. We’ll definitely be hiring her again!
