Making a real difference in people's lives is what drives me as a caregiver. For the past six years, I've been dedicated to supporting adults and seniors' independence and well-being. I provide home health, mobility assistance, and help with light housekeeping and meal preparation as well as medication management. I am a nursing assistant and First Aid certified. I am patient, compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with grace. I respect each person's independence and communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and their preferred methods.
