She was always on her phone texting. We hired her on Monday and she showed up late 2 days in a row. on Tuesday, she showed up late an hour, and then requested to take some hours off to do her errands. on Wednesday, she stated she was in Sterling and misjudge the timing so she came to work late. She asked for a payment in advance to pay her car maintenance which I did give it to her. Very unprofessional. I understand that 11 months old baby cries but my son cried constantly with her.
