About Hope

My name is Hope and I am a Substitute Teacher and Tutor for students K-8! I have previous babysitting experience over my years in high school and college. As I begin my Teacher Credential program this August , I am working as a babysitter and tutor over the summer! I'd describe my personality as sensible, polite, and flexible. I've always been interested in the education of our youth & childcare. I am looking for part-time or one time opportunities babysitting school-aged children. I started working with kids after I graduated KU in 2024 and moved back home to CA. I have been subbing and tutoring ever since. In my spare time, I like to hang out with friends, scrapbook, and play guitar. I am always honest, respectful, & patient. following a lesson plan as a substitute, I will follow the rules/instructions set out by the parents while making sure the child is safe and happy! My top 3 skills are attentiveness, communication with employers, and time management.
