About Hope

For the past eight years, I've enjoyed supporting families by providing reliable and fun care for children of all ages. I am patient, understanding, and always approachable. I hold a bachelor's degree in Special Education from Texas State University. I taught Special Education at a public school for 4 years but took the last couple of years off if work to care for my own child. I am flexible on the number of children I feel comfortable caring for at a time, as all children are different and need different levels of care. I love to play! I also love board games, puzzles, sensory exploration, and crafts. I also enjoy preparing meals, light housekeeping, and carpooling. I am looking for a part-time position at the moment. I think carpooling children to and/or from school would work great with my schedule. Communication with parents is important, and I will follow your preferred method.
