About Hope

Hello, my name is Hope. I currently attend school at the University of Minnesota, graduating in December. I have been working with kids with all different types of experiences for about 5 years. My main experience was as a PCA for a 26-year-old with autism. At this position, I administered medication, clothed him, bathed him, used my own transportation, and completed reports. I also watched a 2-year-old boy. I would put him down for naps, feed him, clothe him, and take him to the park and other fun activities. I also have experience with a teenage boy where we did fun activities and I drove him to his extra curriculars. As for infants, I have limited experience, but I have watched my baby cousin on multiple occasions. I truly love working with kids and adults with disabilities. I enjoy giving the ones I watch fun experiences and am willing to put in effort to do so. I'd describe my personality as fun, caring, and adaptable.
