20+ years ago, I started watching the children for two families when I was only 12 years old totaling in eight children ages 3-8 (there were 2 sets of twins!). Being around their playful chaos moved me towards an early childhood education career path and taking vocational programs that included duties such as creating a curriculum, creative projects, etc. By the time I finished college, I ended up with an illustration degree. I have also supervised groups like the Big Brother, Big Sister program and Vacation Bible School, then a nursery supervisor for infants to early toddler years at a local church. I have some nighttime caretaker experience and have held multiple long-term nanny/household assistant positions that ended when I settled with a (previous) partner who had a 7-year-old and was about to have her second child giving me the pleasure of being another parent to those beautiful children for 7 years. Simply hoping I can find a family who needs an extra pair of hands!
