About Holly

I was called to care for and work with children and youth when I was just 16 years old. I have worked in children's care, educational, and recreational programming extensively since then. For four summers, I managed neighborhood-based Bible clubs of 50+ children ages 3-12 in Memphis, as well as leading recreational activities in local community centers. During college, I volunteered and for two years directed an after school tutoring program for children. Now, I take care of toddlers on a regular basis as part of my church's childcare program, and I have volunteered taking care of and tutoring children for multiple nonprofits here in Austin. I also have experience babysitting infants and toddlers. Though I have no formal training in special needs or education, I grew up with two brothers with autism and feel confident in caring for children with special needs.
