My experience allows me to assist your loved ones with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation. I am patient, compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented. I understand the importance of adapting to changing routines and handling challenging situations with calmness and empathy. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I communicate with families using their preferred method, offering regular updates via text, phone, or in-person check-ins. I have experience de-escalating stressful situations and handling confusion or agitation. I am CPR and First Aid certified, have a car, and am comfortable with pets. While my formal education includes some high school, my real education comes from hands-on experience.
