About Susan

Bringing comfort and support to seniors has been a part of my life for many yeasr. It started by taking care of both of my own parents, one with cancer, stokes and seizures, and the other with Altzheimers. Since that time I have provided assistance for 2 other dividuals. For the past two years, I've been privileged to assist a double amputee, Vietnam Vet helping him maintain independence and well-being. My approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and a friendly demeanor. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning about their preferences and personal history. I am experienced in adapting to changing routines and handling confusion or agitation. I provide respite care, transportation, help with errands, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance. I communicate with families through verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method. I have some college education. I would love to use my skills to bring peace of mind to you and your family.
