I have been in healthcare since 1997. I have 29 years experience as an aide, and have been a LPN/RN for over 13 years. I have worked in the home care setting, hospital, hospice, and private duty nursing. There isn't much that I wouldn't do. My work experience is with geriatrics, med surg, ortho post op, home care, etc. But I love children just the same. I have an extensive history in Alzheimer's/Dementia as I personally cared for my loved ones until they transitioned. I've assisted with med admin/med planner set up, grocery travel, Dr appts, meal prep, disease management, diabetic care, personal care, wound care, education/teaching on disease management, hoyer lifts, trach/vent, feeding tubes. Etc. CPR and First Aid certified. References avail upon request.
