About Hiu Wing

I am an experienced educator with a strong background in both teaching and childcare. Over the years, I have taught students at various grade levels, and I also directed my own daycare and preschool for nearly a decade, where I created age-appropriate lesson plans and cared for children from infancy to preschool age. Currently, I serve as a substitute teacher with Folsom Cordova School District. With dual degrees in Hotel& Restaurant Management amd Management Information Systems, a post-graduate diploma in Education, and fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, I bring versatility, cultural awareness, and a passion for helping children learn and grow.
