During three years of working with children with autism, I gained valuable experience in providing daily care and support to children with different needs and abilities. I helped them develop communication skills, social interaction, and independence in daily activities, while ensuring a safe, calm, and supportive environment that encouraged their growth and confidence. I also learned the importance of patience, careful observation, and individualized support for each child according to their specific needs. In addition, I collaborated with families and team members to achieve the best outcomes and support the children's emotional, behavioral, and educational development.
