About Hilda

I have been working with seniors for several in their homes, facilities and agencies for the past 9 years and have gained the appropriate skills to perform my job very well. I've worked with dementia patients, paraplegics, companionship and am very confident in my skills and knowledge. I've also done staffing and office management for a senior care agency managing more than 100 staff and this has given me so much more experience dealing with families, planning, following up with families and other stakeholders and going the extra mile to ensure that everyone is on the same page and their needs are met.
