Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. With a college degree and two years of experience, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. In previous care roles, I've had positive experiences that further solidified my desire to help others. I'm patient, compassionate, and friendly. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by understanding their preferences and history. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion or agitation. I'm also experienced in de-escalating stressful situations. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with mobility, and offer home health and dementia care. I keep families informed with daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred communication method. I am CPR and First Aid certified.
