Heloisa has been with our family for the past year, caring for our son from age 15 months to just over 2 years old. From the very beginning, our toddler connected with her. He instantly liked her, and even now, he misses her at the end of the day. She worked full-time, Monday through Friday, and took care of everything from feeding him lunch and snacks, putting him down for naps, planning fun indoor and outdoor activities, to taking him on stroller walks and trips to the playground. She also picked him up from preschool and drove him to toddler programs like Toddler Time in downtown Issaquah. Heloisa is energetic, kind, and very trustworthy. She kept our son happy and active and always made sure the space was clean and organized. She handled tasks like cleaning up after meals and tidying up his toys without needing to be asked. She was extremely reliable and always on time, even while commuting daily from Tacoma to Issaquah. We could also count on her for evening babysitting when we had date nights. The only reason we are ending our contract is because our son is now starting preschool five days a week instead of two, and we are moving to a part-time schedule. We are truly sad to see her go and recommend her wholeheartedly to any family looking for a dependable and loving caregiver.
