I have experience with both adults and teenagers with a wide spread of special needs. Previously employed at a day center for special needs adults and currently employed as an assistant in a self contained classroom for teens and in college majoring in special education. I understand that the need and care of each special need person is unique, what works for one may not work for another, as well as the importance of a relationship that is built.
