About Helen
I'm an experienced educator with a background in informal educational methods. I was a camp counselor at an overnight camp for 3 years before becoming the education coordinator for 2 years. In that role, I mentored staff and supported them in building programming and shaping their lesson plans to meet the needs of campers. I have a BA in History and graduated at the top of my class from Scripps College, and I also participated in the International Baccalaureate Program in high school and received my IB diploma in addition to my high school diploma.
