Lena was absolutely fantastic. She worked full time for us for a number of months before our son went off to daycare. I was a first time mom and struggling with going back to work along with learning how to balance raising our son. She not only took great care of him but was a loving extension of our family and even supported me in my journey as a new mom. I will forever be grateful for her. To this day she still watches our son for date nights. She is caring, thoughtful, intentional, and a great listener. She follows the lead of the parents while also leaning in with her own advice in a very kind way never overstepping. I can’t say enough great things about Lena. One example of her kindness is our son was very sick and she made him a special Greek soup to help him pass the illness. I absolutely was taken back by her gesture. We are grateful for our time with her and if we have another we would hire her in a heartbeat with no reservations.
