Bianca has been our nanny for the past two and a half years, and we truly could not have been luckier to have her. She loves our kids as if they were her own and has supported them beautifully from the infant stage through toddlerhood. Her knowledge of early childhood development is incredible—she understands milestones, knows the tricks to help babies meet them, and always stays one step ahead of what they need. Bianca is responsible, trustworthy, and deeply caring. She drove our kids to the playground regularly and took my son to his weekly therapy appointment without ever missing a beat. She makes sure they eat balanced meals and even has creative ways to get veggies into little ones—like sneaking them into quesadillas or pairing them with hummus. She is kind, patient, organized, and always open to constructive feedback. It’s rare to find someone who brings this level of professionalism and heart into your home. We would absolutely keep her if we weren’t moving. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have Bianca as their nanny.
