About Heidi

I love taking care of older adults, because each of them has a story, a teaching and a wisdom that deserves to be heard and valued. For me, care is not just supporting in daily tasks; it is offering company, respect and affection. I like to provide them with a safe, calm and patient environment, where they feel accompanied and understood. I enjoy helping them with their activities, listening to them, sharing moments and making them feel that they are not alone. Caring for an older adult is an act of love, empathy and humanity, and for me it is a privilege to be able to be present for them.
