Heidi is an excellent caregiver and I highly recommend her as a nanny! She has watched my 2 year old and 5 year old for a short time but fit in with us immediately. She is great at always communicating status reports and there is never any question to what their day is like. The kids can be picky but took to her very quickly and always have a good day when she watches them. Heidi truly enjoys the children and likes to have fun with them. She also helps with some light cleaning and the house is always in good shape before she leaves for the day. Her parenting style is right in line with ours, it is helpful to have that kind of consistency for the kids. Any child that Heidi cares for is lucky to have her!
