About Heidi

I'm a bilingual (spanish/english) biology major & medical school graduate studying for licensing exams. I practiced ballet for a decade & am experienced in other dance forms. Started working with kids, other than my siblings, through my dance academy & volunteering. Back in 2017, I had a free semester between college & med school, so I volunteered for an elementary school. I was assigned as teacher assistant to a kindergarten class and often cared for some of the older kids when required. Through it, I became experienced with neurodivergent and special needs kids. I'm also handy in emergecies. My hobbies include pet keeping (1 GSD, 2 cats) & drawing, among others. I aspire to practice psychiatry, specializing in the pediatric population.
