About Deborah

Hi! My name is Deborah. I'm 23 years old and currently studying Elementary Education at Wayne State University. I love working with kids and enjoy doing crafts, spending time outside, and seeing the kids I work with grow and learn. I have three years of experience caring for two wonderful children on the autism spectrum and they quickly became like family to me. Through that experience, I learned how to be patient, creative, and flexible in helping kids thrive in their own unique ways. While in school, I work for a dance competition called Radix under the company DanceOne, traveling around the country managing merchandise events from October through May. It's taught me how to stay organized and handle busy environments with ease. Best, Deborah
