About Heidi

I'd describe my personality as energetic nurturing adaptable I like working with kids because I love seeing them learn, grow and thrive. I love being a part of their innocence and providing opportunity to explore or rest peacefully. I'm looking for a job that I would work with infants. I have experience in sleep training and understand infant cries sounds and reflexes. I have experience with toddlers and adore this age as well. I like to meet the kids where they're at developmentally and provide what they need while emphasizing healthy sleep and nutrition. I started working with kids when I was a kid. I come from a big family. Following college, I worked in a Children's Home- with kids mostly 6-10. I also have experience in a Montessori Toddler room and being an infant Nanny when I was home with my children. I am also a certified foster parent- and have had one kid who is now 18. My skills include infant care with sleep cycling, understanding infant cries, sounds and reflexes.
