Heidi is incredible! I am a FTM, and being a nanny previously, I was super nervous about anyone outside of family taking care of my son. She started working with him at 3 months as his lead daycare teacher and now babysits for us monthly. She is FANTASTIC with babies, incredibly trustworthy, flexible, and kind. She is patient, and can comfort him even on his most challenging days. She loves him like her own, keeps me updated, and is so so genuine. We will work with her for as long as we can, even as we have more kids. There are not many people I trust with my son, and all are family except Heidi. You will NOT be disappointed working with her in any capacity!
