My passion lies in fostering well-being and independence for those I serve, which stems from positive experiences in previous care roles. I am patient, calm, compassionate, empathetic, professional, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes. I provide transportation, run errands, shop, assist with personal care, perform light housekeeping, and manage medications. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when building a connection with your loved one. I have a high school degree, I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
