About Autumn

With over 15 years of experience in adult and senior care, I'm passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives and supporting their families. My approach is patient, compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I provide respite care, transportation, and assistance with errands, shopping, and light housekeeping. I also offer meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and support for physical activity. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when connecting with those I care for. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I find fulfillment in providing reliable care and building meaningful relationships with those I serve, and I hope to bring that same sense of purpose to your family.
