About Heather

Hi! I'm an experienced nanny, educator, youth mentor, and mom of two grown sons with more than 10 years of paid childcare experience. I studied Early Child Development and later earned graduate degrees in Conflict Resolution and Education. Having welcomed live-in caregivers into my own home, I understand how important trust is. My goal isn't simply to keep children safe--it's to help them feel seen, heard, encouraged, and valued. I love fostering curiosity, kindness, confidence, and a love of learning, while providing thoughtful guidance and genuine joy. I hope to become another caring adult in your child's village and partner with a family that believes raising kind, compassionate humans is just as important as raising successful ones.
