Heather is a very trustworthy , thoughtful, and compassionate care provider. She is self motivated and genuinely cares about her clients. Her medical knowledge truly helps her to provide excellent care .Heather is self motivated and does not require direction to do her job which is a rarity in today's work ethic.Heather knows how to build and maintain a therapeutic rapport and is an excellent advocate for those she takes care of. She treats her clients with respect and dignity.She is very likable and her clients love her. You would be very hard pressed to find a better caretaker. I would hire her in a heartbeat.
