Heather is fantastic. As a RN, she brings a wealth of knowledge with her. She is compassionate, friendly and caring with my Mom. She has been extremely reliable and my Mom likes her a lot. She knows how to "read" my Mom's mood and is able to get Mom to go along with some activities that sometimes prove difficult. I would highly recommend Heather.
