About Heather

Hello! I am a university graduate with a degree in biochemistry and a minor in biology. I have been around children my whole life and have been responsible for their care for many years. . I have privately tutored a group of children during the 2020 pandemic, and also taught and tutored students over the last 10 years. I have also taught grades k-12, plus university students. I am grateful to all of the positive adults I had in my life, and want to continue the tradition of allowing children to feel comfortable in expressing themselves, and emphasizing the importance of empathy, education, and fun! I participated in sports and theater during my k-12 years and believe extracurriculars are so important in interpersonal, maturity development.
