About Heather E

Empowering young learners to reach their full potential is the core of my teaching practice. With three years of experience supporting elementary students, I specialize in building both academic confidence and a genuine love for discovery. I believe that every student learns differently, so I actively observe your child's unique approach to new material, tailoring my methods--whether through visual aids, hands-on activities, or guided discussion--to suit their needs. When concepts feel challenging, I break them down into manageable steps and connect the subject matter to your child's personal interests. I maintain open communication with families to ensure we are always working toward the same goals. Nothing compares to the joy of witnessing a student's "aha!" moment when a difficult concept finally clicks. I look forward to partnering with you to help your child thrive and succeed in their studies.
