About Heather

After more than 30 years in health and human services, I'm shifting my focus to work that feels more personal and connected. I'm warm, kind, and love a good laugh. I believe no one should travel life alone, and I value care that builds real relationships. I grew up in a multigenerational household, which led me into direct care and later to supporting a terminally ill parent. Caregiving has always been part of my life and now continues through my work in companion and doula care. I take care seriously and bring warmth, respect, and steadiness to every relationship. My top skills are meal preparation, companion care, and light household support.
