About Heather

I'm a dedicated mom of 3 daughters(ages 5, 11,&13)with a deep, personal commitment to nurturing & loving environments. My experience includes over a decade as a stay-at-home parent, where I also provided care for 2 additional children, expanding my ability to manage a busy, loving household. Professionally, I have 28 years(since a young age of 11)of direct, hands on childcare experience. This includes several years working in a licensed daycare facility with infants and toddlers. Later working at my children's school, serving as a substitute school aide for preschool and kindergarten, and managing after-school programs. Most recently, I successfully provided 2 1/2 yrs of private in-home care for 2 young children until they transitioned to full-time school. I'm now eager to bring my extensive experience, enthusiasm, & open-arms approach to your family.
