Hi! My name is Heather. A little about me - I am 49 & I have been a stay-at-home-mom of 5 children (that we home-school) for the last 21 yrs. I am patient, kind and caring. I enjoy cooking & chatting, but can be quiet as well. I have helped with disabled children and adults in many areas of my life as well as in our church family. In the past I have provided private care for my own grandparents; a few elderly acquaintances from church; & senior invalid care while we lived in Cincinnati. I have experience in providing assistance with mentally challenged children & adults. I am CPR & first aid certified too. Currently, I provide respite care for a 57yo man, only on Fri, (for 2+ yrs.) He has a recessive gene disorder & is non-verbal. I also provide companion care [cooking, cleaning, bathing & etc.] for an elderly woman on Mon & Thur (2+ years as well). I would like to add more days to my schedule and would love to talk to you in person about my availability.
