About Hazel

Hello! My name is Hazel. I recently graduated from the University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences on the Pre-Med track. I have over five years of experience caring for children ranging from 4 months to 12 years old, and I genuinely enjoy creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for every child. In addition to my childcare experience, I worked for Butterfly Effects as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for over a year, providing one-on-one support to children diagnosed with autism. This experience strengthened my patience, communication skills, and ability to adapt to each child's unique needs. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and I always prioritize your child's safety while keeping them engaged through age-appropriate activities, games, crafts, outdoor play, and learning opportunities.
