We met Sara while exploring a nanny role for our baby. Although we could not move forward because the schedule did not work out, I would absolutely recommend her without hesitation. Sara is a multi skilled person with a rare level of empathy. She is deeply respectful of different baby needs and cultures. What stood out most is that she does this work out of genuine love for child care. It is clear she cares about being with babies and watching them grow rather than treating this as just a job. She was fully committed to a no screen approach and shared thoughtful ideas to support brain development and overall growth. Her mindset, warmth, and professionalism left a strong impression on us. I would happily consider working with Sara again in the future and strongly recommend her for any child care needs.
