About Haylie

Hi! I'm Haylie, a nursing student at The College of St. Scholastica with one semester left until I earn my BSN/RN. I've worked as a CNA for several years and have experience caring for older adults in long-term care, skilled rehab, and memory care settings. My experience has taught me how important patience, compassion, dignity, and genuine human connection are in caregiving. I'm comfortable assisting with daily activities, mobility support, hygiene care, meal assistance, companionship, and memory care support while helping clients maintain as much independence as possible. Families often describe me as dependable, calm, and easy to talk to. I truly enjoy getting to know the people I care for and making sure they feel safe, respected, and valued. In my spare time, I enjoy volunteering, staying active, and spending time outdoors.
