Making a positive impact on someone's life is my daily goal. With three years of experience in senior care, I bring a patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented approach to my work. My background includes a college degree and certifications in CPR and First Aid. I provide respite care, hospice services, home health, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, and medical management. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. Respecting a client's independence is very important to me. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports. Supporting adults and seniors' well-being, along with positive past experiences, motivates me.
