About Hayley

Hello, I'm Hayley! I am 20 and the oldest of 4 siblings. I attend Jefferson State CC in order to receive my aas in early childhood development! I am currently a lead teacher at a daycare and cannot imagine myself ever working a job that is not child based. I enjoy watching children grow and achieve milestones as well as assisting them in learning in a way that is enjoyable and rewarding to them! I feel as though consistency is one of the most important parts in a child's skill development. I also believe children excel in an environment where there is constant positive reinforcement and praise whenever they are doing well or putting forth effort to do well! I am Vaccinated, CPR certified, and I most definitely possess a genuine love for children!
