About Hayley

Hello, I'm Hayley! I am currently a lead teacher at a daycare and have been since 2021. During my time working at licensed childcare facilities I have completed over 24 hours of credited training for multiple age groups! I do not have any children of my own but I cannot imagine myself ever working a job that is not child based. I enjoy watching children grow and achieve milestones as well as assisting them in learning in a way that is enjoyable and rewarding to them! I feel as though consistency and understanding of a child's individual needs are some of the most important parts in a child's social and skill development. I also believe children excel in an environment where there is constant positive reinforcement and praise whenever they are doing well or putting forth effort to do well! I am first aid/CPR certified, have an understanding of age appropriate milestones, and I most definitely possess a genuine love for children!
