I have been working as a babysitter/nanny for about 8 years now. I currently attend the University of Redlands, where I am majoring in psychology. I am very interested in working with children with special needs, which started because I grew up with a brother who is on the autism spectrum and has ADHD. I have cared for several children who have special needs and also tutor a child who is on the autism spectrum.

We love Hayley! My little guy is on the spectrum and non- verbal. Hayley was so patient & just wonderful with him! She was very flexible with her schedule and dependable. It was always great chatting with her. She would send updates and pictures when she was watching my son. I don't trust many people with my son, but she's great. If we didn't move away from the Central Coast she would still be our go to nanny!
